Getting Started - Ideas? Options?

I've started a wiki here - ComLex.pbwiki.com - for digitizing the text. Any other ideas and suggestions about how to get started and make this an easy/enjoyable/useful task...?

Would it be possible to have a "Hall of Fame" (Aula gloriae/famae?) for top contributors, possibly listing by pages transcribed, proofed, etc.? Maybe this would be an added incentive for people to contribute.

Hi Ryan, I like the idea of an "Aula" where people can say how they are - I don't want to make it into a competition (because even if someone is just contributing a few pages, that is great - every little bit counts), but I think it would be nice for the contributors to be able to get some individual credit for what they are doing. Great! I will see if I can set something like that up this weekend! :-)
